Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • Domestic (United States): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some destinations may be restricted due to carrier limitations or local regulations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Lost or Damaged Packages ASTRALYX is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us at contact@astralyxshop.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will do our best to assist you.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
